The Role

The Club is searching for a Manager of Operations who can lead the golf & club operations.  This could be a PGA member or a hospitality expert who has a knowledge of golf.  The Manager of Operations will also work with the Administrative and Grounds Maintenance teams.

The Board is moving from a hands-on approach of running the facility to letting the staff of the Club effectively run the day-to-day operations.  They desire an individual who will grow into the role and work collaboratively with the Club for its continued success.

The Facility & Community

Princeton Golf Club plays an important role in the community, offering an inviting atmosphere for members, guests, and travellers passing through this scenic region of British Columbia. With a loyal membership base and an engaged Board, the Club is an active hub for recreation and social connection, supported by a dedicated team and strong community ties.

The town of Princeton is a welcoming community of approximately 3,000 people, known as the gateway to the Okanagan and surrounded by lakes, forests, and some of the most picturesque trails in the province. Situated where the Tulameen and Similkameen Rivers meet, the town blends small-community charm with easy access to outdoor adventure. Princeton is roughly three hours from Vancouver and about 75 minutes from Penticton or Osoyoos, making it an appealing location for those seeking a balanced lifestyle, strong community connections, and exceptional natural beauty.
