St. Marys Golf & Country Club is seeking a General Manager (Integrator) to lead their organization and its affiliate brands: St. Marys Weddings, Social Thirty-One restaurant, and Penrose Suites. General Manager (Integrator)

At the heart of St Marys leadership structure is the critical relationship between the Visionary (President) and the Integrator (General Manager). You will work alongside the President to filter, prioritize, and put their "big ideas" and cultural aspirations into action. While the Visionary focuses on the future and high-level strategy, you are the partner who provides the "how", turning creative energy into a stabilized, profitable, and high-performing machine. This partnership is the engine of our growth and requires a leader who values deep collaboration and mutual accountability.

  • True Integration: You will be the "glue" that holds the organization together, ensuring that Sales, Planning, Operations, and Finance are all aligned and executing the company's vision.

  • EOS Driven: St. Marys utilize the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to run their business. You will be the primary driver of this system, ensuring clarity, accountability, and results across all departments.

  • Direct Impact: You aren't just maintaining the status quo; you are building a high-performance machine and will be incentivized through profit-sharing for the value you create.

What You’ll Do (Key Accountabilities):

  • Organizational Integration: Harmonize the major functions of the business, ensuring the Leadership Team is healthy, functional, and focused on the company’s core goals.

  • Finance & Administration Leadership: Directly accountable for the P&L and the execution of the Annual Business Plan, while overseeing the Finance and Admin departments.

  • Execute the Vision: Partner with the President to translate high-level goals and cultural initiatives into a clear, stabilized operating plan that the team can execute with precision.

  • Drive the "Pulse": Lead high-impact Level 10 meetings and Quarterly Pulses, utilizing the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process to remove obstacles and drive accountability throughout the organization.

  • Process Excellence: Create and maintain standardized best practices across all departments to ensure the guest experience meets and exceeds premium-level expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • High-end sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Business management: 5 years (required)

  • Hospitality: 3 years (required)

  • Finance: 2 years (required)

Who You Are:

  • Business First: You are motivated by business health and profitability. You have a high capacity for problem-solving and can navigate complex challenges with a calm, decisive hand.

  • Mature & Resilient: You bring the emotional and mental maturity required to lead a diverse team through change.

  • EOS Mindset: You are either experienced with EOS or are aligned with its principles of focus, discipline, and accountability (familiarity with the book Traction is a significant asset).

  • Premium Hospitality Expert: You understand that in high-end hospitality, the details are the product. You have a track record of maintaining exceptional standards in a service-driven environment.

  • Ambitious & Results-Oriented: You aren't resistant to growth and embrace it as a tool for improvement. You have a strong attention to detail and a desire for new, stabilized challenges.

Location and Schedule:

  • Based in St. Marys, ON; this is an in-person leadership role requiring daily onsite presence to ensure operational excellence.
