Crumlin Creek is currently seeking a self motivated and energetic individual to assume the role of Manager of Operations/Assistant General Manager.
Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day Clubhouse & Golf Shop Operations, while working in collaboration with the General Manager on the overall financial activities of the club.

The Club
Crumlin Creek is Southwestern Ontario’s FIRST 12 Hole Golf Course. At less than 2 ½ hours to play, it offers a unique, enjoyable experience for the time conscious golfer.
The ownership have continued to reinvest in the property with extensive renovations. To date they have added an extensive clubhouse renovation, new patio, and brand new irrigation system to add customer value for years to come.
They have become an award winning course; have won awards for Best Short Course, Best Clubhouse Staff, Most Improved Course, as well as Best Instructor/Lesson Facility.
Boasting a 3,300 yard, par 45, with a practice facility offering a 250 yard driving range, including grass hitting stations, practice bunker and two putting greens. The fully licensed clubhouse also offers a terrific outdoor patio area.

Located in northeast London adjacent to the London International Airport, London is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing cities and a regional hub for business, culture, and recreation. Approximately 200 km from both Toronto and Detroit, it offers a great balance of a smaller city but within a couple of hours of two major North American cities.


The Role
Who are they looking for:
The Club is searching for a Manager of Operations who can lead the golf & club operations. This could be a hospitality expert who has a knowledge of golf or PGA member who had past experience leading multiple departments . The Manager of Operations will work with the GM who also leads the Administrative and Grounds Maintenance teams.
The Club is looking for an individual who is willing to take on this role who might have the vision to live in the community long-term.
They are searching for a disciplined, people person with good organization skills and a capable leader.
Position Summary and Main Duties:
To play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations at the golf course and F&B operations of the club. Both outlets require to be functioning efficiently for the club to continue with it upward trend.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B Operations, including overseeing the kitchen
- Oversee daily operations at the golf course, including managing tee times, coordinating with the pro shop, and monitoring pace of play
- Provide excellent customer service to golfers and F&B guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise, schedule and train staff members to maintain high service standards
- Grow all revenue streams
- Coordinate all golf leagues
- Collaborate with GM on outside event bookings and golf tournaments


Desired Skills
- Post Secondary education in hospitality or golf management and/or leadership experience in a similar role within the golf or hospitality industry
- Proven strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules
